INTERSHIPS


A Royal Affair, Inc. does offer a non-paying internship program once a year usually in the Spring for the months of May, June, July and in the Fall for the months of August, September and October. This program will give those that are interested in becoming a Professional Bridal/Event Planning Coordinator the opportunity to work closely with our top consultant from conception to completion on pre-day preparation, the rehearsal and the actual wedding day.

Intern Qualifications


Your resume and cover letter should demonstrate how you posses all of the required qualifications. Include any situations where the required attributes were demonstrated as part of an applicant's cover letter.

• Previous Event Planning Experience ~ Should have some previous event planning experience.

• Driving Knowledge of Metro Atlanta ~ Should be familiar with Atlanta's main roads and interstates with the ability to read and follow a map. Must have a reliable means of transportation.

• Outgoing Personality ~ Should be hospitable, assertive, motivated, independent, resourceful, quick thinking and able to multi-task.

• Weekend Availability ~ Should have availability to work on Friday evenings and all day Saturday and Sundays

• Good Listening- Comprehension Skills ~ Should be able to listen to instruction and carefully and correctly follow directions.

• Computer Skills ~ Word, Excel, Quickbooks and General Internet Skills
